Industrial Borosilicate Simple Distillation Units
Goel Glass manufactures turnkey Simple Distillation Units engineered for high-efficiency batch evaporation, solvent stripping, and thermal concentration in pilot plants, laboratory scale-up facilities, and production facilities. Each unit integrates a spherical or cylindrical Borosilicate 3.3 boiling vessel securely seated in an insulated electric heating bath, coupled with a high-capacity vapor pipe line and a borosilicate coil condenser.
Process vapors rise smoothly through oversized glass vapor headers into the coil condenser where efficient condensation occurs under controlled thermal regimes. The liquid condensate is collected in a graduated receiver flask equipped with a PTFE bottom drain valve and vacuum balancing lines, enabling continuous liquid withdrawal without interrupting vacuum levels. Units are engineered for operation under atmospheric pressure as well as full vacuum conditions down to 1 mbar.
