Goel Glass manufactures high-purity Borosilicate 3.3 Dip Pipes and re-entry tubes engineered for liquid addition, reagent dosing, liquid extraction, and reaction sampling in spherical vessels, cylindrical kettles, and pilot plant reactors. Introducing liquids beneath the surface of the reaction mass is critical during hazardous or volatile reactant feeds, preventing flash vaporization, minimizing splash deposition on upper vessel walls, and eliminating static electric charge generation during flammable solvent transfers.
In addition to standard immersion dip pipes, our Short Dip Pipes serve as essential re-entry tubes for condensers, heat exchangers, distillation columns, and phase separators. By channeling returning reflux or fresh feed streams cleanly into the center of the active flow channel, they prevent aggressive condensates from impinging directly onto vessel joints, protecting PTFE envelope gaskets and glass flanges from localized erosion and thermal stress.
Fabricated in compliance with DIN ISO 3585 and ASTM E438 standards, our dip pipes deliver exceptional chemical resistance to harsh mineral acids, halogenated compounds, and organic solvents (excluding HF and hot concentrated caustics). They operate under full vacuum down to -1 bar up to moderate system pressures, and can be customized with specific immersion lengths, angled discharge tips, and calibrated feed orifices.
