Goel Glass manufactures premium Borosilicate 3.3 Cylindrical Glass Vessels and reaction kettles engineered for batch chemical synthesis, fractional distillation, crystallization, and pilot plant scale-up. Fabricated from high-purity borosilicate glass complying with DIN ISO 3585 and ASTM E438 standards, our cylindrical vessels deliver complete chemical inertness, high thermal shock resistance, and 100% optical clarity for continuous visual monitoring of reactions.
The cylindrical geometry provides a uniform cross-sectional area from top to bottom, establishing a direct linear relationship between liquid height and fluid volume. This makes liquid level monitoring, precise volumetric graduations, and gradual reactant dosing exceptionally straightforward. In addition, the straight vertical profile promotes optimal mixing dynamics when paired with overhead agitators and PTFE baffles, minimizing vortex distortion and dead zones.
Engineered for high vacuum operations down to full vacuum (-1 bar) and moderate positive pressures, each vessel is equipped with a precision ground bottom outlet valve seat designed for zero-dead-space flush bottom drain valves. Please note: Cylindrical glass vessels of 50 Litres and above must be supported in a specialized vessel holder or cradle to safely distribute operating loads.
