NOx Scrubber

Goel offers Pilot Plant NOx Scrubbers for various corrosive gases like HCl, Cl2, SO2, Br2, HBr, NOx, and others. These scrubbers use media such as water, dilute aqueous NaOH (conditional up to ~30% concentration at ambient temperature; elevated temperatures accelerate glass leaching), or other suitable neutralizing solvents. Our Pilot plant scrubbers range from 20L to 100L standard vessel capacity (custom configurations up to 200L) and scrubber column diameters from DN80 to DN300.

Each scrubber includes an inbuilt Borosilicate 3.3 cooler/condenser to remove the heat of absorption and neutralization. We also supply a mini Blower of PP/FRP on request along with the complete Pilot Plant Scrubber package.

Pilot Plant Gas scrubbers are mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemical, refinery & other industries. Glass scrubbers offer process visibility as well as excellent corrosion resistance. Being a Glass Scrubber pressure drop across the scrubber will be minimized.
