Industrial Glassware
Goel Glass Inc. delivers specialized, turnkey process packages and skid-mounted systems for the chemical, pharmaceutical, and specialty materials industries. By combining chemical engineering design with precision Borosilicate Glass and fluoropolymer fabrication, our process packages provide complete solutions for aggressive chemical environments where conventional metals and alloys fail.
Application: Concentration, degassing, and purification of heat-sensitive, high-boiling, or viscous substances (vitamins, enzymes, aromatic extracts, active pharmaceutical ingredients).
Application: Continuous multi-component fractionation and high-efficiency purification for chemical synthesis, fine chemicals, and solvents.
Application: High-yield recovery, purification, and circular recycling of valuable spent solvents from extraction and synthesis.
Application: Liquid-liquid extraction for mixtures with close boiling points or heat-sensitive components where thermal distillation is infeasible.
Engineering Scope & Delivery: Every package is engineered from first principles—covering process simulation, P&ID generation, 3D piping layouts, structural frame fabrication in 304/316 stainless steel, electrical instrumentation, PLC/SCADA control automation, and on-site commissioning.
Goel Glass provides complete turn-key delivery including process calculations, PFD and P&ID documentation, 3D skid design, Borosilicate Glass and PTFE wetted components, 304/316 stainless steel support frames, instrumentation (temperature, pressure, pH, flow), automation panels (PLC/HMI), factory acceptance testing (FAT), and on-site commissioning guidance.
Borosilicate Glass exhibits near-universal chemical inertness across organic solvents, aggressive halides, and corrosive reaction mixtures. Unlike metallic alloys (such as SS316 or Hastelloy) which can pit, leach metal ions, or catalyze unwanted decomposition reactions, glass maintains absolute chemical purity, zero contamination, smooth non-fouling surfaces, and continuous visual clarity across all reaction, separation, and crystallization stages.
Yes. Goel Glass regularly designs continuous distillation revamps from traditional batch setups. By implementing structured packing columns, automated reflux splitters, and falling film evaporators, continuous processing reduces thermal stress on heat-sensitive chemicals, increases daily throughput, and significantly cuts operational energy costs.
All glassware packages undergo hydrostatic pressure testing, dimensional inspection, vacuum leak checks down to -1.0 bar g, and mechanical run tests of agitators and pumps prior to delivery. Full material certificates, test reports, and compliance documentation (DIN ISO 3585, BS EN 1595) are provided with every system.
